"I recognise the rapid changes reshaping our world and the paradigm shift in science and society towards a holistic understanding of humanity and our place on Earth. Driven by the importance of emotional intelligence, this transformation is fostering unprecedented inclusivity in social sciences, and I am committed to spreading awareness about its significance." - Nina

A Journey Rooted in Psychology and Holistic Health

Nina’s career began in the field of child psychology (studying a B.Sc Psychology - Sigmund Freud Private University, Vienna), where she developed a strong foundation in understanding the complexities of human behaviour from an early age. Her work in this area soon led her to counselling, with a focus on supporting parents and teachers as they navigated the pressures of childcare. This work was more than just a job for Nina; it was a calling. She saw firsthand the transformative power of support and accountability, and this inspired her to delve deeper into coaching as a way to extend her impact.

Her passion for holistic health grew stronger over the years, particularly as she explored the powerful connection between nutrition and mental and physical wellbeing. Recognising the profound impact that diet and lifestyle choices have on our emotions, energy levels, and overall health, Nina became a certified nutrition coach in 2021. This certification marked a pivotal moment in her career, allowing her to integrate her knowledge of psychology with the science of nutrition. Her mission became clear: to elevate people’s self-awareness, deepen their understanding of their bodies, and strengthen their connection to the environment around them.

Nina is a certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition.

Through comprehensive training, education, and collaboration, Nina has dedicated herself to promoting individual and collective health from a holistic perspective. She is passionate about helping people navigate the ups and downs of mental and physical health, supporting them in enhancing their overall quality of life. Her work is deeply rooted in the belief that true wellbeing comes from a balanced approach that nurtures the mind, body, and spirit.
