Nina is a health coach, researcher, and educator working at the intersection of psychology, coaching, and health sciences. Her work focuses on habit formation, behaviour change, and the mind-body connection, helping people build sustainable health systems that actually fit into their lives.
As the co-founder of Fynn Innovate, Nina designs learning experiences that strengthen self-awareness, health, and decision-making. Her approach is science-backed, psychology-driven, and built for real life.
"We don’t act based on what we should do—we act based on who we are."
This belief is at the core of Nina’s work: true change doesn’t come from willpower alone—it comes from understanding how our minds and bodies interact and designing systems that make good choices the default.

A Journey Rooted in Psychology and Holistic Health
Nina started her educational journey with a B.Sc. in Psychology from Sigmund Freud University, Vienna. Her early work in counseling showed her the profound impact of support, accountability, and self-awareness on human growth. But it also led her to a realisation:
Mental health and physical health are inseparable.
This drove Nina to expand her expertise into health science and coaching, becoming a certified nutrition and health coach with a focus on the psychology of nutrition, movement, and lifestyle habits. Today, her work blends insights from clinical psychology, public health, and behavioural science, helping people make better health choices—not through restriction or discipline, but through awareness and identity-based change.
She is currently pursuing:
📚 M.Sc. Sustainability, Entrepreneurship & Technology (2025) – University of Tomorrow, Berlin
📚 Master’s in Clinical Psychology & Public Health (2026) – Sigmund Freud University, Vienna
Founding Fynn Innovate
In 2023, Nina co-founded Fynn Innovate, a human development academy dedicated to helping people healthier habits that actually fit into their lives. At Fynn Innovate, Nina blends psychological insights with interactive initiatives and reflective practices, working with science-backed tools designed to enhance self awareness and improve people's overall health and wellbeing.
The Bigger Picture
Nina’s work is rooted in the idea that personal health and collective wellbeing are deeply connected. The way people care for themselves affects their relationships, communities, and even the environment.
The choices we make—what we consume, how we move through the world, how we engage with nature—directly influence the health of the planet. Nina’s approach to wellbeing isn’t about quick fixes or rigid formulas; it’s about helping people live in a way that is sustainable for their bodies, their minds, and the earth. Because when people feel good, they make better decisions—not just for themselves, but for the world they’re a part of.
Whether through coaching, education, or research, her goal remains the same:
"I help people understand themselves better, so they can live healthier, happier, and more intentional lives. Because when we take better care of ourselves, we make the world a little gentler, too."
