Meet Robyn and Nina: The Passion Behind Fynn Innovate

We’re Robyn and Nina, the dynamic duo behind this self-development academy designed to empower you on your journey of growth and transformation. Our paths crossed in the most unexpected way, and what began as a serendipitous encounter in Berlin has blossomed into a shared mission: to help you cultivate personal and social change through the blend of psychology, creativity, and communication.




Our Journey: A Serendipitous Beginning


It all began on a grey morning in Berlin. With just four hours’ notice, we found ourselves unexpectedly tasked with hosting a workshop. The pressure was on, but as we collaborated to design and deliver that workshop, we discovered not just a shared skill set, but a shared passion. That day ignited a fire within us—a fire fuelled by the joy of empowering others, the thrill of creating something meaningful, and the realisation that together, we could make a real impact.


Our Shared Mission


At Fynn Innovate, we are culture designers. Our aim is to help you navigate the complexities of modern life with greater ease and confidence. By synthesising ancient wisdom with contemporary psychological research, we offer workshops and courses that provide practical tools for enhancing self-awareness, improving relationships, and fostering positive change in your social environment. We believe that personal growth is deeply interconnected with the well-being of our communities and our planet, and we are committed to promoting sustainable practices that contribute to a gentler, more compassionate world.


Meet Robyn

Hey, I’m Robyn! It’s such an honour to have you here with us. My journey to this point has been one of profound transformation—both personally and professionally. I recently relocated from South Africa to Germany, diving headfirst into a master’s programme in sustainability, entrepreneurship, and innovation. This new chapter in my life has been all about embracing change, fostering resilience, and exploring new ways to drive positive change in the world.


As the founder of Robyn Davie Creative Studio, I’ve spent over a decade leading a thriving company through its own moments of growth and metamorphosis. My heart beats for the journey of self-development, particularly when it comes to self-love and self-understanding. I love fostering community, watching those around me grow and learn, and facilitating environments where everyone feels seen and heard. That’s why I’m thrilled to share my knowledge and experience with you through Fynn Innovate, as we embark together on a journey of personal growth and healing.



Meet Nina

And I’m Nina! I’m a psychologist and health coach based in Vienna and Belgrade, juggling a myriad of projects that reflect my passion for both personal growth and community impact. My work spans from co-running a private kindergarten and preschool to supporting parents and teachers in navigating the pressures of childcare. In addition, I have a health coaching practice where I help individuals improve their mental and physical well-being through mindfulness, nutrition, and movement.


I’m deeply passionate about the social sciences, and I use this passion to promote health, empathy, and connectedness. I’m committed to raising social awareness and building strong networks that foster emotional intelligence and inclusivity. In our workshops, I bring the science—exploring how the brain works, what drives our behaviour, and how we can use this knowledge to enhance our lives and relationships.
