I spent over a decade building Robyn Davie Creative Studio from the ground up—transforming a solo operation into an award-winning, fifteen-member team. It was an era of brand-building, storytelling, and community creation, and it gave me an intimate understanding of what makes people connect, engage, and trust.
But here’s the thing: I never wanted to stay in one lane. Creativity, strategy, psychology—I wanted to explore it all. So, after hitting every milestone I set out to achieve, I closed that chapter and stepped into something new: a space where human development, branding, and sustainability intersect.
More Than A Decade of Creative Leadership
My journey started in advertising, film, and photography, where I built a foundation in visual storytelling, creative strategy, and audience engagement. But when I launched my own business, the learning curve was exponential. Suddenly, I was doing everything—leading a team, managing clients, crafting brand identities, building digital strategies, and developing new revenue streams.
One of my proudest achievements was launching Fynn Studio, a 120-square-meter natural light studio designed as a space for photographers, creatives, and brands to collaborate and bring their visions to life. I oversaw brand strategy, content creation, operational logistics, and marketing, ensuring the studio became a hub for creativity and community. This was where my love for branding and human connection truly solidified—because a great brand isn’t just a visual identity; it’s a feeling, a story, a relationship with its audience.
Beyond photography and brand shoots, Fynn Studio became the backdrop for something even more transformative—wellness events, workshops, and personal growth experiences. This was where my journey into the world of wellbeing, human development, and self-awareness truly began. Seeing how space could shape mindset, connection, and transformation sparked a deeper curiosity in me—one that led to my pivot into self-development, leadership coaching, and personal growth strategy.
As my studio grew, so did my understanding of how to build thriving communities—not just businesses. Through workshops, consulting, and brand coaching, I helped entrepreneurs develop stronger brand voices, better client relationships, and more impactful marketing strategies.
My commitment to excellence earned Robyn Davie Creative Studio prestigious recognition, including partnerships with esteemed brands like iStore and multiple Admired in Africa awards. Through strong leadership and a clear creative vision, I set the studio apart—consistently delivering fresh, bold, and vibrant photography that truly resonated with audiences.

It became clear to me: human development is at the core of everything I do. Whether I was helping a client launch a new brand or guiding a team through creative problem-solving, it was always about growth, mindset, and adaptability.
That’s why my work has naturally evolved into self-development, leadership coaching, and personal growth strategy. I now help individuals and teams develop resilience, clarity, and purpose, using insights from positive psychology, neuroscience, and behavioral science. My approach is built around:

Where I bring brand strategy, creative direction, and storytelling, she brings the psychological depth and behavioural insights that ensure our work isn’t just engaging—it’s transformative.
Together, we’ve co-founded Fynn Innovate, a platform dedicated to bridging the gap between personal development, sustainability, and community building. Through science-backed courses, immersive workshops, and innovative learning experiences, we help individuals build emotional intelligence, expand self-awareness, and create meaningful change—both in their personal lives and within the organizations they lead. Our partnership is built on the belief that lasting transformation happens at the intersection of creativity, strategy, and psychology—and we’re only just getting started.
Continuing the Journey of Growth
Right now, I’m based in Hamburg, Germany, completing a master’s in sustainability, entrepreneurship, and technology—diving deep into how innovation, psychology, and human behaviour intersect to create more conscious, forward-thinking leadership.
